Shipping & Returns

We will gladly accept exchanges 14 days from the day the order was placed on items that are new and unused. Since all items are handmade to order, we will only be able to offer a store credit. Please reach out daintyjadedesigns@gmail.com for an approval prior to shipping the item back. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If your items needs a repair, please feel free to reach out to us to receive a repair at no cost.

 

Once an order is placed, we ask that you give us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. In the event that your order will take longer, we will notify you via email.
